Before retirement as a Logistician, she became an AMCOM Victim Advocate volunteer called SHARP (Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Prevention). She is the mother of a wonderful son who is an architect, and in her retirement, she enjoys creating motivational journals, traveling, designing jewelry, and interior decorating. In her church community, she works with Habitat for Humanity and participates in feeding the homeless.
